The Latest Report Nomination for “Hillcrest Netball Club under 11” team as Team of the Year. Hillcrest U11 netball team have been playing netball for 3 years and they have won both the Non Such League and two tournaments this season.  They go to different schools but train together on alternate Sundays at the Club based at Warlingham Rugby Club. The reason that they have experienced such success is because of their determination and love of the game. They never give in, even when the score is not in their favour. They managed to come from 4 goals behind to win the Final of the South East Regional Tournament in March and did so because they smiled the whole way through, never letting their heads drop and they fought for every ball. Their netball skills have improved greatly over the three seasons that they have been playing and their commitment to training has helped enormously with this. They concentrate on improving a skill each session, work very hard to improve their fitness and are excellent at listening to their coaches and following instructions.  They are a joy to watch and their team spirit and sporting behaviour on court, sets a good example to all children of their age.
